"The Bill of Rights" is one of the documents all citizens and non-citizens benefit from by being in the United States of America. The U.S. Constitution is a dynamic and growing phenomena.Frequently, the non-white Litigant when faced with the reality of litigating in Federal and/or State Courts realizes that the system, although justice is supposed to be blind, operates to place him or her at a tremendous disadvantage.
Frequently, non-white Citizens must rely on Constitutional Protection to bolster their Rights.
Both Rosemarie D. Robinson and David P. Rowe appreciate the trouble that many in our society must face when trying to gain access to justice when all the cards seem to be stacked against them.
